As a follow up to our last lesson on expressing your intentions to do something for someone or give something to someone, here are two questions and three options for structuring your replies.

What are you going to get him?

What are you getting him?

I’m making him dinner.

I’m buying him a cake.

I’m going to take him out.

I’m going to bake them a cake.

I’m getting them a present.

I’m getting them a sweater.
